Zach and Amanda and the teams they have working for them are honest, hard working and reliable. We know that our project is in good hands with them on-site and do not feel we need to manage the day to day details. Their vendor contacts are the same way and we know they have vetted them.
Zach and Amanda have created a wonderful update to our home at Lake Rabun. It has taken longer than we had hoped, but they have cared about our home as much as we do and the finished product is amazing. Amanda especially has been easy to reach and willing to work with us on all of what we consider important details. Renovating a vacation home long distance is tough and they made it possible.
We had a handful of disappointing interactions (and less than quality work done) with other contractors before finding Zach and Amanda. He put any fears to rest at the first contact. I called and left a message. He actually called back. He scheduled a time for a meeting, and showed up when he said he would. Then he listened to our ideas, acknowledged them, then laid out what his vision would be for the space we wanted. His vision was better. He talked us through quality, cost savings, timeline, and everything in between. He also corrected the poor work done by another business. Throughout the entire process, the communication and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I refer HC Construction and Grading to anyone who asks, and we look forward to working with them on any project we have in the future.
