Zach and Amanda have created a wonderful update to our home at Lake Rabun. Then he listened to our ideas, acknowledged them, then laid out what his vision would be for the space we wanted. His vision was better. He talked us through quality, cost savings, timeline, and everything in between. He also corrected the poor work done by another business. Throughout the entire process, the communication and attention to detail exceeded all expectations.
